All measurements are of the garment laid flat, in centimetres. Compare them with a tank top that fits you well.
| Size | Chest (flat) | Waist (flat) | Length | Korean size (chest) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| L | 41 cm | 35 cm | 63 cm | 100 (≈100 cm) |
| XL | 43.5 cm | 37 cm | 64.5 cm | 105 (≈105 cm) |
| 2XL | 46 cm | 40 cm | 66 cm | 110 (≈110 cm) |
Measurements may vary by 1–3 cm depending on production batch and how the garment is measured.
Choosing your size
- Go with your usual size. Shapewear is meant to feel snug – that's where the shaping comes from. Sizing up reduces the effect.
- If you're between sizes, measure your chest and waist and use the table above.
- The first 2–3 wears can feel tight when putting it on and taking it off. The fabric settles to your body after a few wears.
Care
Cold wash (30°C or below) in a laundry bag with mild detergent. Dry flat in the shade. No tumble dryer, no hot water, no strong spin – heat and stretching damage the shaping fibres.
If you feel pain, numbness, difficulty breathing or skin irritation, stop wearing it.
