Where we ship
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. All orders are sent from our warehouse in Seoul, Korea with full tracking.

Any 2-pack or larger qualifies for free shipping.
Delivery time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, Korean time). Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. Delays at customs or during peak seasons can occasionally add a few days.
Customs, duties and GST
Orders under A$1,000 (NZ$1,000) are not charged import duties or GST on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the total price – there is nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives.
Address and tracking
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout – we can't change it once the parcel has been dispatched. Track your parcel with the link in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at offcore@synerwith.com and we'll chase it up.
