Orders and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error; in that case you will be refunded in full.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use

The Body Framer is an everyday shaping garment. It is not a medical device and does not treat or prevent any condition. Choose your usual size; shapewear is designed to feel snug. Stop wearing it if you feel pain, numbness, difficulty breathing or skin irritation.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
